Song Information:

This song started as a sweet and happy little love song for my wife, but the more I got into it, the more I started thinking about my relationship with God which -- in so many ways -- mirrors my relationship with my wife. So, while the chorus was written with my beautiful bride in mind, I wrote the verses about my relationship with my Father. 

It's amazing to me that when it's quiet in the mornings and I get to spend time with Jesus, I just get lost...  I forget that I have a job and responsibilities and I get tied up in soaking up the Word.  Does anyone else feel that too?  Am I alone in my desire to cultivate a relationship with God like that?  

Anyway, this song wrote itself.  I just held the pen.  It was a beautiful day -- and guess what -- I was on holiday.
