As Christian worship music continues to break stereotypes that have long surrounded the genre, the Immersed Worship Band is part of the movement to glorify God with a passion that goes beyond worship as a church body, to the center of the Christian walk your personal relationship with Christ. Musical influences include the progressive sounds of the David Crowder Band, Chris Tomlin, and Charlie Hall, while each member brings many of their own musical backgrounds to the table: from rock to blues and more.

The primary focus of the Immersed Worship Band has been providing the music for the weekly Immersed gathering. Born out of the need for young adult Christian ministry, Immersed is based in Melbourne Florida and bridges the gap left when high school youth groups end and college and early careers begin without relevant spiritual needs being met.

From its beginning, the Immersed Worship Band has been active in local community events, leading worship at seminars, conferences (Calvary Chapel of Melbourne), Disciple Now retreats, and going beyond each year to work in the continental US at many summer retreat and camp events. International work in Mexico has provided the Immersed Worship Band with opportunities to witness the work of God in other cultures, while seeing that Christianity crosses any language barriers that may exist.

As Gods plan for the Immersed Worship Band unfolds, they are ready and eager to take the opportunities that arise, to answer the passion that God has given them to be part of youth, young adult, and church ministry event needs.
